China's Huayou Exports First Lithium Salt from Zimbabwe, Advancing Mineral Beneficiation

Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt has shipped Africa's first consignment of lithium sulphate from its Zimbabwe mine, marking a significant advancement in regional mineral beneficiation. This inaugural shipment represents the first lithium salt produced in Zimbabwe and on the continent, poised to increase the country's export revenue and demonstrate progress in value addition for its mineral resources.
