EU Ambassador Katrin Hagemann Dies at 53

European Union Ambassador to Zimbabwe Katrin Hagemann has died suddenly at the age of 53, months after taking up her diplomatic posting in Harare. According to iHarare, Hagemann reportedly became unwell after breakfast at her residence before she was found unresponsive on Thursday morning. The cause of death has not been officially released.
