Lithium Miners Demand Tax Breaks to Unlock $1.4 Billion Investment

Zimbabwe's lithium industry wants crucial tax incentives to unlock more than US$1.4 billion in planned investments for high-value lithium sulphate production, the Financial Gazette reported. Speaking on the sidelines of the Mine Entra exhibition in Bulawayo on Friday, Lithium Producers Association of Zimbabwe chairperson Innocent Rukweza said producers supported the government's drive to move away from raw concentrate exports.
