Mnangagwa declares disaster after deadly SA bus crash

President Emmerson Mnangagwa has declared a State of Disaster following a bus crash in South Africa's Free State province that killed 12 Zimbabweans, including five children. The declaration, under Section 27(1) of the Civil Protection Act, releases emergency resources for repatriation and support. The bus, traveling from Cape Town to Zimbabwe, overturned on the N1 highway near Trompsburg.
