Muchinguri faces jail for unpaid shooting victim

A victim of the August 2018 post-election army shootings has asked the High Court to jail Defence Minister Oppah Muchinguri for contempt over an unpaid US$25,000 compensation award. The contempt application escalates a legal battle that has stalled for more than a year.
