Police arrest 46 in raid on illegal alcohol brewery in Harare

A major police operation in Harare's Southerton industrial area has resulted in the arrest of 46 people following the discovery of an alleged illegal alcohol manufacturing facility producing alcoholic beverages using ethanol. The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) said the suspects include 42 Zimbabwean nationals and four foreign nationals, who were arrested for operating an unlicensed brewery and producing dangerous alcohol, as reported by iHarare.
