Police seek public help to identify seven unclaimed murder victims in Harare

The Zimbabwe Republic Police has appealed to the public to help identify seven murder victims whose bodies remain unclaimed at mortuaries in Harare and Chitungwiza. The victims, including a boy aged 12–13, were found dead between June 2025 and May 2026. The case has exposed gaps in forensic identification and the challenges faced by authorities in resolving crimes without community cooperation.
