AI Powers Econet Customer Experience Revolution

Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming telecommunications, driving Econet Wireless to overhaul its network efficiency and customer service, the company's group chief executive officer, Douglas Mboweni, has said. Mboweni said AI tools had identified several areas requiring attention. Econet is pursuing each of them, with the aim of resolving the issues by June next year.
