The High Court of Zimbabwe ordered Holy Heavens Development Company to complete servicing at its Alex Brook residential project in Kadoma. The ruling follows a contractual impasse that stalled work and threatened homebuyers. The court intervened to force compliance and prevent further deterioration of the stalled development.
