Eviction Ruling
The High Court struck off an urgent application by Widerange Technologies and Shoko seeking to interdict Zimre Property Investments from executing a writ of ejectment, according to Southern Eye. The applicants argued that the eviction would cause irreparable harm, but the court disagreed.
