POSB and AFC Insurance partner to cover farmers and SMEs

The People's Own Savings Bank (POSB) and AFC Insurance have moved to address the gap in financial safety nets for smallholder farmers by signing a bancassurance partnership to expand access to insurance products. The agreement will see POSB offering a range of AFC Insurance products through its branch network, including crop and livestock insurance, loan protection for farmers and SMEs, as reported by NewZimbabwe.com and The Financial Gazette.
