Bishops, Generals Oppose Charter Bill

Opposition leader Nelson Chamisa announced a "solid plan" for Zimbabwe's political crisis, as tensions rise over Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3, which seeks to extend presidential and parliamentary terms.
