Mnangagwa declares disaster after SA bus crash kills 11

President Emmerson Mnangagwa declared a State of Disaster after a bus crash in South Africa killed 11 Zimbabweans. The declaration under Section 27(1) of the Civil Protection Act enables authorities to release emergency resources and coordinate response efforts. The crash occurred on the N1 highway near Trompsburg in the Free State province. Five children were among the 12 Zimbabweans killed.
