US rejects Mnangagwa claim on $365m deal

The United States Embassy in Harare directly contradicted President Emmerson Mnangagwa's account of a proposed US$365 million deal. The embassy stated that no such offer was on the table. The government had framed the deal as a conditional aid package tied to health data access. The US called the narrative false.
